update AZ theme
Hi, received a message to update AZ theme. Please advise from the attached which download I am supposed to select for the update?
You can choose All files and documentation to download all theme files and documentation. Or you can choose installable wordpress file only if you only need the theme files.
I don’t know which one is the correct one to use for an update. CAn you please be specific and tell me which is the correct one to use for an update?
I do not want to use the wrong one and stuff up my site
this is what was emailed to me, so I want to know specifically what file name to download to do the update, as the instructions are not clear
az.zip is the only file that needed to update the theme. So you can choose installable WordPress file only . Please see the video below about how to update the theme and plugins:

Make sure you must keep these combinations.
And Don’t forget backup your website before updating the theme to prevent any unexpected result.

URGENT HELP – I am following your instructions and downloaded ‘installable WordPress file’ and there is NOT a file in there called AZ.ZIP??? I have now lost my website. Please tell me URGENTLY where this az.zip file is?
A file called az3 downloaded and I have searched this and there is nothing in there with this file.
Where do I find it?
the folder that downloaded from ‘installable WordPress file’ when I open it these are the files/folders, I have searched for the az.zip file and it doesn’t exist. My website is now a mess, please help urgently
I found the az.zip in the all files and documentation and have been trying to upload it and keep getting and error message as attached, I have tried multiple times without success

Have you backup your site before updating the theme? Please restore your site first using the backup files. I will assist you to update the theme for your site.
I have my IT support restore currently restoring my website back, after this I will need your help to upload the new template as the instructions didn’t work for m
It is about 56% through restoring and that has taken nearly 2hrs so I will be in touch as soon as it is finished
